To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective, if the mistake lies with us, not with the purchaser or the delivery company. If you find your item to be damaged or defective, please contact us at info@fplusofficial.com as soon as possible.
If you wish to return the product, you may do so up to 14 days from the day it has been delivered to you. If you don’t contact us in this 14-day period, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom products can only be returned if there is a considerable manufacturing error on the product for which we are responsible.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale are not eligible for a refund.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
To process your return, we require a proof of purchase (receipt).
Once we receive the item that you have sent back, we will inspect it and notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is granted, the amount will automatically be refunded via your method of payment at purchase within few days.
If you have not received the reimbursement yet, please contact your credit card company and your bank first as it may take some time for them to process the payment.

You will have to cover shipping costs for returning an item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be certain that we will, in fact, receive it.
